Hermione Granger

I'm still preparing to go off to Hogwarts, so no one should be surprised if I'm not around the community very much. It'll be the same once I'm there, of course; there'll be loads to study and learn, and I certainly don't plan on slacking off on my schoolwork like some others.

I'll start out behind everyone else, and I'm not used to that. I'm so excited, but I'm terrified too. What if they made a mistake? What if I'm not really magical? I already know I'm good enough at little spells, but what if I don't have the aptitude for bigger ones? What if I fail all my exams? What if I get horrible marks? What if I'm expelled?

Or things could be just as they are at home; I could do wonderfully, but no one would like me.



I'd really like to have some friends.
